I began my career in advertising in 2003 following a path in production. In 2006 I was offered a position by Phil Tidy as a ‘Director Rep’ at Draw Pictures. Establishing the company’s ‘Commercials Division’ I was soon headhunted by Mark Denton to work at Therapy Films. Making a move to Australia in 2008, I was offered the role of ‘International Marketing Director’ at The Guild of Commercial Film Makers by Helene Nicol in Melbourne and Sydney.
Tangerine started as a film night in Melbourne in 2008. A monthly event hosted at The Local Taphouse aimed to inspire advertising folk with international talent as well as providing free beers and an excuse to network. It soon grew into something more interesting and exciting . . .
ABOUT TANGERINE.
Since 2009, Tangerine has developed and evolved into a PR and Marketing Agency that offers friendly and bespoke solutions to all companies within the advertising industry and beyond. Tangerine works locally and globally to create unique projects, PR and marketing solutions for companies to generate new business and share work that they have completed.
I have worked with variety of companies, as well as individuals and start ups, including; Editing Facilities, Post- Production, Advertising Agencies, Foreign service production, Festival and Event Production, Digital Technology Providers, Content and Film production companies as well as Music Composition and Licensing Agencies. My experience now sees an increase of online, integrated, experiential, interactive and event based projects growing as industries morph, evolve and develop.
